Kelly Dagg

kellyKelly has spent over 22 years within human resources, management development and training in many sectors including not for profit, care, retail, engineering, distribution, agriculture, automotive and public sector. A successful people manager within corporate life she managed management, behavioural and technical development and training departments. As a business and HR consultant she has been working with a variety of organisations covering leadership, people management, occupational assessment, organisational design, coaching and assessment as well as carrying out problem solving and project management roles and cultural and employee research.

Kelly has also worked with charitable trusts promoting drug and alcohol awareness for counselling teams, carried out personal care and social support roles for the elderly, the disabled and vulnerable adults, volunteer work with foster children and adults with learning difficulties and works regularly with young people through the NEETS related programme since it commenced.

Kelly has studied both business and behaviour in the UK and North America. Her general approach is very practical and her facilitation style is engaging and activity based.

Kelly owns 21 horses of various shapes and sizes and regularly competes around the country in showing, carriage driving and horse agility
