| Horses operate in a fluid social group, constantly playing leader-follower games, giving each other - and humans who interact with them - immediate and honest feedback. Working with LeadChange coaches and horses at liberty, delegates discover how to lead, communicate and influence effectively. |
| Horses make split-second adjustments to changes in behaviour. They offer people timely responses - to their actions, inner state, attitudes, beliefs and emotions. Equine-facilitated development offers a form of biofeedback for self-awareness, self-management, leadership, team-working and communication skills that role-playing and traditional training methods cannot begin to access. |
