Andrew McFarlane
Andrew is an experienced facilitator and coach of senior executives and top teams - highly motivated to realise the potential of individuals and the organisations for which they work.
As founder-director of LeadChange, Andrew specialises in the delivery of experiential learning programmes with horses - for effective leadership, communication and team-working. His corporate background was one of running successful businesses in competitive markets, developing high-performance leadership teams and creating dynamic organisational cultures to deliver results.
Andrew’s coaching assignments include leadership development, strategic focus, impact and influence, change management, life balance, handling stress, dealing with difficult people and preparing for promotion. His coaching style brings insight and awareness – supported by a range of interventions that create positive and lasting change.
Andrew has an MBA, is an NLP Master Practitioner, and is trained in Business and Executive Coaching, EQ Mapping and 360° Appraisal.

Elisabeth Gleed
Elisabeth has over 15 years experience as an independent Facilitator and Coach in New Zealand where she gained her Diploma in Facilitation and Coaching. She has worked extensively at the strategic level of change in many businesses, focussing on Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Skills, and in-house Coaching & Mentoring Programmes.
She has delivered the Diploma of Facilitation training programme, to many facilitators and coaches, since 1996. Working with horses provides a unique and often life changing experience for participants that is easily transferrable to their own facilitation.
Her coaching and facilitation style is one of ‘listening for the magnificence’ in her clients and getting to the ‘heart’ of the matter, to inspire action. Elisabeth has had horses all her life, and loves the combination of facilitation and horse whispering that gives people insights to make a difference in their lives.

Laura Chappell
Laura Chappell is an NLP Coach who has a passion for horses and a knack for finding the difference that makes for success.
After a high profile first career in the City as a director of a well known bank, Laura trained as a coach and recently, her greatest joy has been through combining her leadership and coaching skills with insights gained from horses!
Laura is currently working with our up-and-coming generation of young leaders and sports people, helping them to build on success and discovering their natural leadership talents.

VIctoria Lance
Victoria has dedicated the last 15 years as a Learning and Development consultant, to serving clients in a broad sector, including manufacturing, telecomms, retail, custodial services, central and local government. She works as an executive coach supporting leaders, has introduced performance management processes to influence corporate culture and facilitated new and existing board/team workshops.
Victoria is at her best when working with individuals, helping them discover their own unique qualities of greatness in order to create superior performance. Victoria is passionate about the lessons horse to teach us, creating powerful insight and bringing about lasting organisational change.
Previously, Victoria enjoyed an exceptional career in the RAF, which spanned 12 years, in a variety of logistics roles from Team Leader to more strategic policy roles. She then joined Boots the Chemist as an L&D and HR specialist.
When not working Victoria can be found persuing her foremost passion competing on her horse Urame Romeo.

Perry Wood
Perry has many years experience delivering coaching to teams and individuals at senior level in organisations. Employing a broad range of coaching technologies, Perry’s specialist areas of interest are to increase inner and outer awareness, personal responsibility and presence.
Perry’s methodology repeatedly facilitates clients to initiate and sustain extraordinary growth and change, both on personal and organisational levels. With an open style and powerful ability to challenge and support, Perry is committed to unlocking potential and dramatically increasing individual and collective effectiveness, in order to meet the demands of explicit business needs.
Perry is a successful author - his ground-breaking book about communication entitled “Secrets of the People-Whisperer” is published by Random House.

Diane Vere
Diane is a highly experienced professional executive coach who has over 25 years in a wide variety of commercial line management roles to Director level in sales, marketing, PR/advertising, research targeting and international project management.
Her experience was gained mainly with ICI/AstraZeneca and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets and as a management consultant with Deloitte. Diane coaches senior executives in UK and multinational businesses to help them improve personal, team and business performance and realise their full potential.
In addition to the key skills given below on which she focuses, she also has specialist expertise in developing and implementing business strategy using Balanced Scorecard principles. This combines performance management systems with coaching to improve customer service, processes, employee commitment and profitability.

Carol Whitaker
Carol’s business experience is at board level in both executive and non executive roles in a range of industries including exhibitions, retail, government and housing, where the development of potential in the people has always been her passion.
For example, she designed a management development programme tailored to the exhibition industry with Aston Business School and has worked with the CBI to review European employment legislation concerning agency staff.
Carol is the Vice Chair of Minster Housing, the Bishop’s representative on the Oxford Ministerial Development Review and is an Associate Lecturer for the Business School and a Coach/ Supervisor for the MA Coaching and Mentoring Practice at Oxford Brookes University. Carol was involved in researching Emotional Intelligence with Henley Management College and the BT Global Challenge Round the World Yacht race.
