LeadChange has been developing the leadership skills of company executives for many years through experiential horse whispering workshops - with results that are frequently described as 'life-changing'.
Our unique combination of horsemanship and non-directive coaching creates powerful insights which facilitate the translation of knowledge into action.
Horses are adept at picking up and responding to human intentions and non-verbal communication. They provide instant, honest, accurate feedback to behaviour in the moment – creating a coaching experience which gets to the core of issues quickly, powerfully and effectively.
Up to 93% of meaning is communicated non-verbally. With their prey instincts and hypersensitive awareness, horses size people up instantly and accurately. They read the truth in our energy and body language and react to what they see - holding up an authentic mirror to our intention and behaviour.
We offer 1 - 5 day programmes, blending time with the horses and training room sessions on leadership - focusing on behaviour, beliefs and values along with strategies for increasing personal impact and effectiveness.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMES
We deliver off-site experiences to facilitate boards and senior management teams through key business issues, with a horse experience on one of the days. This approach significantly increases trust, openness and honesty between team members.
