    COURSES WITH HORSES

    We run half-day 'Courses with Horses' taster events at Moorwards Farm Equestrian Coaching Facility, Iver. We have a limited number of places available for the morning of 15th May 2013.

  • Coach and Horses

    COACH AND HORSES

    Three-day foundation course in equine-assisted learning and development - for trainers, coaches and facilitators. This programme equips delegates with understanding, knowledge and practical skills for the delivery of equine-facilitated coaching and equine-assisted learning programmes.

    The course is highly experiential – blending classroom learning and ‘hands-on’ sessions with the LeadChange horses.

    What is the difference between good coaching and great coaching?

    Great coaching goes beyond the use of processes, tools and techniques. Great coaches have highly-developed sensory awareness, pick up on energy, ask powerful questions and ‘hold the space’ for their clients by being fully present.

    LeadChange
    LeadChange facilitates the development of coaching presence through this insightful and memorable experiential workshop with horses. We specialise in equine-facilitated coaching, leadership development and team building. Our Courses with Horses combine interactions with horses and non-directive coaching in powerful learning experiences which clients frequently describe as life-changing.

    Coaching with Presence
    This all-day session provides a rare opportunity for coaches to experience a radically different coaching approach, working with horses at liberty. Horses give instant, honest, accurate feedback moment by moment to how we are being and behaving around them; they do not role play!
