Taster events: LeadChange runs regular introductory events around the country for potential clients who are interested in our innovative, powerful and memorable approach to experiential learning and development. These are open to both LeadChange and HorseHeard clients.
Train the Trainer programmes: This three-day foundation programme equips delegates with understanding, knowledge and practical skills for the delivery of equine-facilitated learning programmes. The course is highly experiential – blending classroom learning and hands-on sessions with horses.
We work one to one or in small groups to deliver focused individual development. These sessions are completely person centric and enable us to work deeply on individual challenges.
