Gavin Preston                                                                                                       Gavin is a high performance executive coach and consultant to board level executives, senior managers and their teams.  He has extensive experience in the fields of performance improvement, leadership and team development, personal effectiveness and behavioural change.

Gavin is passionate about helping clients optimise their performance, through a coching style that is non-directive, and business outcome focused. A keen sailor, and trans-atlantic yachtsman, he is lead facilitator on LeadChange team-build sailing workshops.   

Wendy Jeffery
As COO of Leadchange, Wendy brings both coaching and international business experience to the role.  A trained business coach, Wendy is a mentor coach and LeadChange facilitator.  Currently engaged in marketing and new business development for Leadchange, she brings together her past experience as Business Advisor for Business Link, trainer and coach for organisations such as Asda, Honda, Dixons etc.  As an experienced horsewoman Wendy is dedicated to individual and team development through incisive coaching work with horses.

Previously, Perry had ten years experience running his own successful business in the leisure sector. Perry is committed to enabling coachees to experience positive, tangible shifts in their leadership and personal effectiveness as a result of his work.
