LeadChange combines with specialist consultancy Q-OPD to offer 360° feedback, either as a stand-alone intervention - or, more usually, as an integral part of an executive coaching programme

360° appraisal is a means of obtaining frank and honest feedback on work related performance from work colleagues. The information is collected by confidential questionnaires, which are completed by around 10 people, including your manager, direct reports and peers.

Responses are collated to produce a document which is used as the basis of an in-depth 1:1 feedback session with a LeadChange facilitator, in which perceived strengths and developmental areas are identified, enabling the individual to target their personal development. The process is fully confidential and totally anonymous, allowing work colleagues to give both positive and difficult feedback to their work colleagues.
